Week 3 + 4
Among all the experiences I have had in my life, I am starting to really enjoy this one. I spent an amazing night on the causeway, I forgot my camera so pictures will not come until later but it is a group of restaurants surrounding a small island, one road in same road out... as I sat eating fresh fish, and watching the panama city center along the coast in the distance I realized that this was it, paradise.
drinking a cold Balboa beer and watching the calm ocean, as kitty mentioned, actually does have 3 shades of blue... we walked towards the city, to get a cab and realized the Panama vs. Costa Rica soccer game was on, and decided to stop at a bar to watch the game, Panama won in a shoot out and the entire bar when crazy!
I also when for a job interview only to find out that the job was a little unethical, basically what you do is go on the internet and pretend to be a girl, my name was Anaya and I’m 18, blonde, 34b and from Toronto. You find lonely men and tell them you will give them a 30-minute show if they register for your website, for only 2 dollars. You build a sense of trust before giving them the link so they don’t read the terms and conditions which is, of course is where it tells the customer that after 24 hours they will be automatically charged $50 per subscription.... unless they say otherwise.... which of course they don’t read.
Then you show them a 30-minute video from your selection of pre recorded clips. In addition, you make 20 dollars per subscription.... I decided not to take the job, even though we went through the training, which was a summary of everything I learned in my professional selling class.
Tonight there was a truck advertising for coke zero,
Music pounding and free ice-cold coke zero...
Here is a video from outside my apartment...

Pictures from Week 2 - Panama Viejo
Kitty´s Mom and Sister showed me around Panama Viejo... the original Panama City before it was raided by Captain Morgan, the city was rebuilt 2kms west.. and of course, grew around the ruins... turning it into a touristic park. They have started to rebuild the ruins using a clearly different stone so you can see what is left... and what it would have looked like..
Pictures from Week 2 - Casco Viejo
The Ruins in Casco Viejo, Panama City
Buildings in Casco Viejo
The Golden church in Casco Viejo, As Kitty tells me...
everything inside the church is lined with solid gold trim,
when the city was raided by pirates, the priest covered the entire inside with mud to hide the gold... after the city was raided, the pirates came to the church to loot its riches, when they entered they felt so bad for the church that they made a donation
