Kitty´s Mom and Sister showed me around Panama Viejo... the original Panama City before it was raided by Captain Morgan, the city was rebuilt 2kms west.. and of course, grew around the ruins... turning it into a touristic park. They have started to rebuild the ruins using a clearly different stone so you can see what is left... and what it would have looked like..

Grampa doesn't like to travel, worries about everything that could go wrong. He, therefore, wouldn't have the 'nerve' to travel by himself to a place that he doesn't know.
